Personal photographs have irreplaceable value. They capture moments and the essence of the person in the moment. Cathy's work portrays an emotional connection with her subjects. Her images are spontaneous, fun, beautiful, and real.

A native of Ohio, Cathy worked and lived in the Sandusky area until she moved to Massachusetts to attend Hallmark Institute of Photography. "I was searching for a new challenge with emotionally rewarding subject matter and long term importance."

Prior to pursuing her career as a photographer, Cathy worked as a wedding consultant. "As a wedding planner I saw the need for a photographer who would go above and beyond the ordinary. My approach is to reflect the personality and style of the couple in images that tell a heartfelt story of the greatest day of their lives. I want these images to bring them back to the romance, anticipation, and celebration of their wedding day each time they see them.'

With a very focused eye for detail, Cathy 's images are a unique blend of traditional, contemporary, and photojournalistic styles.
